Information used
Your account email, display name, preferences, property details, checklist, post drafts and buyer records are used to provide your seller workspace and account recovery. Buyer answers are self-reported; scores are organisational aids, not finance approval.
Storage and sharing
Records are saved in Lovable Cloud and restricted to your signed-in account. Account authentication providers process sign-in information. Listing inputs, including property address and features, are sent to the AI service when you generate a draft. Do not put buyer names, private contact details, bank records or sensitive information in listing inputs. Copying a post or sharing a PDF is an action you control.
Existing device-only data stays on that device unless you choose to import it. Do not import someone else’s records on a shared device.
Buyer privacy
Collect only necessary contact information, explain its purpose and obtain permission before follow-up. Respect requests to stop contact. Never collect identity scans, account numbers or sensitive financial documents here. Seek advice on privacy, recording and marketing obligations applicable to your sale.
Access, corrections and deletion
You can edit your profile, property and buyer records, delete individual buyers and export or clear your saved workspace from Account. Clearing the workspace does not delete your login account, backups or records legally required to be retained. Keep necessary transaction records as advised by your solicitor.
The operator must finalise privacy enquiries, account-deletion requests, retention periods, backups, overseas processing disclosures and any applicable Privacy Act obligations before paid launch. No fixed deletion or retention period is promised in this draft.
