What access covers
The seller checklist, downloadable educational guides, listing-draft tools and buyer record workspace. Legal representation, valuations, advertising fees, inspections and conveyancing are not included. Access does not guarantee a sale, a price, savings or legal compliance. Keep copies of important records and involve a licensed legal adviser.
Refunds and Australian consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable remedies may include rectification, refund or compensation depending on the failure. A blanket “no refunds” rule does not apply to statutory rights.
Any additional change-of-mind refund offer and the refund request process are not yet finalised. The operator’s legal name, ABN if applicable, address and support/refund contact must be supplied before purchases open.
